Describe the performance target in general terms — the application, the property you need to move, the standard it has to meet. Please keep this first message non-confidential: do not send formulation detail, raw-material lists or proprietary specifications yet.
If it looks like a fit, we execute a mutual NDA before anything proprietary is exchanged. Only then do we review your existing formula and target specification.
