A North American PIR boardstock producer worked with MCPU to qualify Yellow Jacket™ FR as a 1:1 TCPP replacement. After three pilot trials, the new formulation passed ASTM E84 with a flame spread index below 25 while reducing smoke developed by ~18% versus the incumbent — and required no change to the production line.
